Louise orchestrated a thought-provoking event. The speakers were energetic industry experts and thought influencers that tackled tough subjects and content. I left on fire, with ideas for innovation.

Dan Roddy, visionary extraordinaire! 
His presentation sparked unbelievable insight into the future of HR tech; I am still brainstorming, mind-mapping, and researching all the possibilities of the quickly unfolding future in HR. He’s a thought leader with real hands-on experience in not just human capital but organizational strategy, technology, and growth. InfoMart left his presentation far ahead of our competition.

Matt Charney held me captive with his brand of “snark attack.” 

Matt Charney—the embodiment of brilliant and hilarious execution—made macroeconomics, labor trends, and academic data intriguing. It took less than an hour for me to become a Matt Charney groupie.

Gerry Crispin, a guru in talent management, compiled a panel of world-class TA leaders. The open conversation hit upon the challenges and solutions HR leaders face daily, including a discussion into valuable and honest insights from those on the front line of recruitment #Jobg8 was #gr8t. It is a unique time in HR and recruitment. Changes are vast and happening quickly. I left Job Board Summit 2018 with a greater understanding of the opportunities and challenges we face as an industry. But most importantly, I gained new friends—colleagues in the industry and experts in HR—who I look forward to seeing at the next conference.
