1.       Robotic Resume Screeners 

On the recruitment side of things, AI can go through entire databases of resumes to find candidates with skills that match open positions. Not only can artificial intelligence systems do this faster than a human recruiter, but if they’re programmed correctly, they’re less likely to factor prejudices into their recruiting decisions. When a human looks at a resume, they may make assumptions about a candidate based on its content. AIs look solely at skills, stripping away the identifiers that influence biased decisions.
